Yesterday
nth much happen.. went to the family doctor near prime mart dere de.. cuz tis few days my nose n eye super sensitive.. den the doctor give mi a med tt spray on nose before slp n in morning de.. den tell mi gt alot food cn can my eye n nose to b sensitive.. as both are connected n is the same de.. see th pp .. WA super alot tink cannot eat lor.. but i will try to eat less but nt dun eat ba.. like chocolate, milo,seafood, beans product, all kinds of berries ( turtle sia i like to eat berries alot leh) den also cirtrus fruits etc..
